Scott,

Our family had a wonderful time here.

Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

Fresh eggs for breakfast... sweet cherries right off the tree...canoeing...fire by the water .... sunset all added fun to our experience.

Thanks for your flexibility with the schedule that made our trip possible.

Blessings!

Hi Scott,

Just wanted to say thanks again for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only negative is that we couldn't stay longer!

We all loved the lake, fresh fruit and eggs (the boys would be happy spending an extra week with the chickens, boats and fruit trees!)

Your hospitality has been outstanding. Thanks for making this part of our vacation so memorable!

Regards,

The Biemans, Colorado; August 5, 2004

We would like to thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. It will be very hard to go back home to Salt Lake City, Utah and I'm sure we will be talking about our trip for awhile. Thanks for leaving brochures and pamphlets, they were a great help in finding things to do! The weather was wonderful, and the view outstanding, and the home was very comfortable!

Thanks

Dear Roskams, what an enjoyably pleasant place to bring our family. The roominess allowed us to relax and just enjoy each other. We had lots of fun cooking together, playing games, skiing, cross-country skiing and visiting Bigfork.

Chris & Scott: We all had a fabously memorabe time this week. It suprised me how many thing there were to do...right here on the grounds. What with the canoe, water boards, bike, bonfire, and amazing video library. But the scenery is the best. This place is paradise. Thanks for the strawberries.

Scott, Christmas at your place by the lake was a blessing. Many of us traveled a good many miles to be together: Mom, Dad, four sons, three daughters-inlaw, seven grandkdis and one great grandson! It was memorable. Everyone played in snow and most of us went snow shoeing. That's what Christmas is all about - familes gathering and building memories.

Thank you, Ed and Jackie Brickey 12/28/08

Thank you so much for the use of the house. We love being able to come up here and enjoy the time with friends and family. The beach and lake have been great. The fishing was great too! The Davis's, Spofford's, Hunt's and Chance's 6/09

Dear Scott and Gang,

I just wanted to tell that this wonderful house and the absolutely beautiful surroundings brought myself and my family some peace in our trying time while we were here. My mom passed away 2 years ago on July 27th at the age of 59 and Montana was her absolute favorite place... she wanted to retire here with her husband but unfortunately she never was able to fulfill her dream. We came here not only to commemorate her but to also see what she fell in love with. Staying in your home made us feel comfortable and helped us to realize why she felt that way

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts: The Darnas, Torres and Ringrose

Thanks for sharing your spacious, well equiped home. We had a great stay, lots of hiking in the Jewel Basin (5 stars for hikers only) and in Glacier Park. The Highline trail was a highlight, goats and sheep passing in the trail and all over, snow to play in at the pass, memorable. Great meal at Showthyme as 5 years ago. This time we're earlier and have gorged on hucks and cherries, both long gone at home. Great Stay. Off to Pincher Creek and Nelson.

Dear Scott & All,

We are sadly departing this morning, wishing we could linger longer. Our stay at your home was truly a reprieve. It was a comfy, cozy place to return to each day_ We loved spending time on the deck in the evenings, and visiting until the sun was setting, losing all track of time.

Glacier Park, Wild Horse Island and the National Bison Reserve were all spectacular. On our next visit we';; plan to spend more time at the lake.

The Nitsos Family - 2010

Scott and Family,

We have enjoyed your home so much this week. It's been so relaxing, sitting on your deck ....picking cherries and skipping rocks. And thank to your son for sharing his musical talents at our Walsh Family Reunion.

Scott

We all enjoyed your home this past week, there were 9 of us. Your home is spacious and roomy. The loction is convenient for everying - Glacier Park, Bigfork, Kalispell, Polson, Lakeside, Yellow Bay for lanching our boat and of course we picniced down on your beach front several times, pit fire, bar-b-que. We fed your chickens and sheep. For a family vacation offering something for everyone, your facility offers just that.

The Bad

"The house is not right on the lake."
(Please note the location pictures and descriptions plainly describing the house location relative to the lake)

"The grounds are simply not maintained nor manicured to our standards."
(You are visiting a orchard farm, the lawns are mowed and flowers, trees and gardens are everywhere, however, this is not a luxury villia nor a golf resort type of property)

"There are old trucks and a tractor within our view."
(This is a working 3+ acre farm., There is equiptment parked on the property, and in use, common to a farm operation.)

"We are very discriminating people and we were expecting entirely different sort of accommodations and amenities for our vacation, we are disappointed."
(Please understand this is a home that is lived in part of the year by the owners, it is not a hotel /resort or a vacation time share type of property)

Please carefully view all the pictures and descriptions on our web site and feel free to ask questions (Ph. 800 669 3555). We wish to to insure you have full and complete information so as to choose the type of property that will make your vacation a wonderful and throughly enjoyable one.

The Ugly

It is not uncommon for vacationers to either have a change in their vacation plans or just change their minds about the desired length of their scheduled stay less than 30 days before their arrival date (the full refund cut off date). We will do all we can to rent your time to another party and still give you a refund for those days we are able to re-rent to someone else.

So, give us as much time to do this as you can if you desire a last minute change in your reserved dates.

Each year one or two parties will neglect to do this in the hope that they can avoid paying for a part of their reservation by just being downright ugly about it after they arrive.
